- Private boat launch, brand new large pier and boat dock with seating, jet ski ramps, 100' of lakefront, swimming area, a sunshade with hammocks, captain's chairs and sunloungers, new fire pit area with seating, BBQ pit, and picnic table all to enjoy on a large grassy area alongside the lake. Beautiful panoramic lake views and gorgeous sunsets with wildlife abound. An open floor plan home with a large kitchen, 2 dining areas plus bar seating, living area with wood burning fireplace, 3 couches plus sleeper sofas, and roomy enough for additional air mattresses plus the 2 beds/2 baths.
