"Upon arrival room was hot. Had to lower thermostat to 63. Was not comfortable until after midnight. Day 2. Elevator in central tower was down for 1 hour around noon. Security would not allow stair usage. When elevator issue was resolved we were able to get back in our room only to find no water in bathroom. Staff confirmed water needed to be turned off also for one hour."
