"Don't get me wrong. Staff was very friendly, Room was clean and food was good. Unfortunaetly when is -1 outside and you turning heating off from 8pm for over the night. Room temp droping to 12 degrees. When I arrived heating was on but not, when ive returned from meal. I'was shivering all night and couldnt sleep. No one there at night to complain. Cannot recommend you guys, no matter how cheap or expensive it was, you should look after customers. "

"This was our 3rd visit to Smokeham Farm. Each time we have been we have found the house to be very clean and well furnished. There were very few complaints from any of my family. One was about the potato peeler and one about the bed being to soft. The only other thing that was mentioned was the fridge was a bit small for hosting so many people. It is a wonderful place to visit with lots of walks & plenty to see and do when out and about in the local area. I would highly recommend staying here for large family gatherings and events."
