Beautiful, bright 30 m² duplex apartment with a balcony, facing east/west, located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence in Wimereux, with a private parking space.

Located close to shops (200 m from a supermarket, 5 minutes by car from the Wimereux Golf Course, the town center, and the seafront promenade), this apartment will charm you with its brightness and breathtaking sea views.

Well laid out, the ground floor comprises a small living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The living room features a brand new 160 x 200 cm "Convertible Center" sofa bed for two people.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm; a new sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for a child) and a bathroom with a washer-dryer.

Baby equipment (baby bath and potty) is provided.
