"First off, communication with the Host (Thomas) was clear and immediate. The house was as described and welcoming. This was a family women’s retreat for a week, and I couldn’t have found a better place. We never got in each other’s way. We were close enough to activities in the surrounding area and had a perfect week weather wise! Got me, having the bay right in the back yard was ideal! Even sunning, grilling and eating outside enjoying the views were such a delight. (The seagulls even left us alone). The house worked for us better than I could have hoped for. Spacious rooms, a working kitchen and peaceful views . Just what we needed for our retreat. The plus was our Host checked in to make certain we were settled ok, and always responded promptly to my questions or concerns. I am looking forward to returning for another week soon! Thank you Thomas once again!"

"Our family of eight adults and one child had a wonderful week at this Waretown home on Oyster Creek. It was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue grill. The tiki bar and outside seating areas were great for an afternoon/evening drink or meal. The host, Geri, communicated with us from the time we booked through our stay and graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. She gave us a wealth of additonal information about the house and activities and restaurants in the area as well as the "extras" like beach chairs and the kayaks/canoe. It is very evident that the property is a beloved, well-taken care of home for this family. Note: As listed in the property description, there are stairs, including a full flight of 14 steps to access the wonderful kitchen/dining/family room with outside deck."

"Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and the location was great. Liked that sheets and towels were provided and the host was very accessible for questions. As others mentioned, adding a bathroom door upstairs would be a huge plus and a couple of beach chairs for the bay beach down the street would be nice. Otherwise, great place!"
