"The place was very clean and located in a great place. Thomas took great care of the property, though felt a bit intrusive. Upon messaging him via the app about the wifi password being incorrect at 8:50pm in a polite manner, I had not responded to Thomas’ responses within 45 minutes. He had then proceeded to come down to the door and expressed his frustration with me waking him up and being upset I was not responding to him which was extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise, the place was nice. "
