Nestled in the heart of the Lake District, this welcoming three-bedroom lodge is the perfect retreat for exploring one of England's most stunning landscapes. Located within the ever-popular White Cross Bay Holiday Park on the shores of Lake Windermere, it offers the ideal blend of peace and convenience.

Guests at White Cross Bay can enjoy a range of on-site facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, gym, restaurant and bar (charges apply), as well as lakeside picnic spots and direct access to England's largest lake. The lodge provides a tranquil base away from the bustle of Ambleside and Windermere, yet remains within easy walking distance of both towns, where you'll find a fantastic selection of shops, cafe's, restaurants and bars.

Grasmere 12 is positioned slightly back from the lakeshore, close to the entertainment complex, leisure centre and children's play area. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, it offers everything needed for a relaxing break at any time of year; including a private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.


Inside, the lodge is bright and welcoming, with an open-plan living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The lounge features plush sofas arranged around an electric feature fire and Smart TV, while patio doors open onto a private, enclosed decking area. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare family meals to enjoy at the dining table.


The accommodation comprises three bedrooms; two doubles and one single; along with a family shower room with wash basin.


Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There is private parking for up to three cars, and a cot is available on request. Outside, the secure decked area features a hot tub and outdoor dining furniture. A laundrette is available on site, and leisure passes can be purchased at resort for access to the pool, restaurant and bar, which hosts live entertainment throughout the season.
