"Breakfast was slim, front desk couldn’t break change from their atm for vending machine that only takes cash. Had to wait a while for front desk employee to show up to check us in and was not friendly. Damage deposit is twice that of other, much nicer, hotels."

"The room had poop in the toilet and hair and the bed had two great big end dance, where people have slept for a long time on them. We changed ribs and it was pretty much the same thing don’t ever stay at this hotel."

"This is a non-smoking establishment, but the hallway is reeked of marijuana. Nobody ever came in to clean my room I stayed there three nights. The TV didn't work after the first night they get that fixed. You pretty much pay for what you get I guess"

"The room was dirty in the sence that there was cerial on the floor and starburst wrappers clearly visible around the bed. Also about a hour after we checked in a staff member unlocked the door and walked in without knocking and the hotel wasn't willing to make any accommodations to rectify this. "

"My husband and I have been here before we had had kids, and because the pool is so amazing, we knew that we wanted to go back once they were old enough. Our 8 year old twins had the best time ever in the pool! We live just about an hour away but it was the perfect location for a staycation. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and so accommodating. We planned on only staying one night but ended up booking a second and everybody called out of work in school the next day just to have fun with the family! They no longer have continental breakfast which was disappointing, and we wish we would have known ahead of time, but it was fun to walk across the street to Waffle House in the morning. We definitely recommend staying here and we can't wait to go back!"

"The room did not have a smoke alarm it was completely missing, also the room had cockroaches in the bathroom I had taken a shower and when I was done I picked up the clothes and I saw the roach crawling There was one staff member staff member that was extremely but I mean extremely rude she had threatened to call the cops on us when we were just waiting for our ride outside and we weren't even doing anything just waiting At one point they had accused my girlfriend of being on drugs but she's mentally unstable and the laundry didn't dry my clothes I had to run the cycle at least 3 times for it to fully dry We shouldn’t have been put through that 0 out of 10 would not recommend"

"Polite staff and clean hotel, but if you need to actually sleep, find somewhere else to stay. Cheap construction, clearly no sound insulation between floors. With the teenagers upstairs, it took multiple calls to the front desk to talk to them. Doors closing upstairs literally shook the beds. Also the fire alarm LED kept was so bright it could be seen even with your eyes closed. Hotel would be well served to separate into different guest-type sections."
