Period property quirks: Expect an older building layout, character features, and things like slightly uneven floors or narrower stairs/doorways than modern homes. In some areas the ceiling beams are quite low, if you are above about 5ft 10 you will need to duck down in a couple of areas
Noise: Being in the very centre, you may hear some normal town noise at busy times (especially weekends).
Parking: Repeating here —there is no on-site parking.
Respecting the building: Please treat the home gently (it’s listed), and avoid anything that could damage original features.
