"Nice hotel, looks better than in the pictures, in a great location "

"This would have been an amazing hotel 30 years ago but is in desperate need of £5m spending on it. Staff were all very pleasant, rooms very tired, no heating so had a plug in radiator. Beds were terrible. Location and outer building both great"
