"We didn’t eat any meals at the hotel. The hotel is only five years old so very modern furnishing. I was a bit shocked at $75/night valet parking. The cost for the room was good considering a downtown hotel during summer. Make sure you visit the sanctuary connected to the hotel it was the beautiful First United Methodist Church for many years. Still beautiful with the large pipe organ and domed ceiling. Special to me because our family sometimes attended church there when I was a child. "
"The hotel was amazing all around. From when we arrived. Bringing us anything and everything we needed up to the room. Very informative on where I could park my car and showed me how to get there. Asked how to get to certain places and they were spot on how to get to everything and made it super easy. They are the definition of professional! The only down side was there were stains on the sofa couch. But other than that the room was perfect and not touched when we didn’t want it touched. Then when we wanted turn down service we took the sign off and it was the BEST turn down service ever. You guys are 100% spot on with your customer service and thank you guys for a great time!! Hope we can come and stay another night. "
"Bad - than food left in the fridge from the previous person and hair in the bath tub.
Good - KC Chiefs we're there for the preseason game. Saw all the players and coaches
