"Room was clean as was the lobby, halls and pool area. The bed and pillows were less than comfy but overall we had a fabulous time. Breakfast buffet was good. Would stay again, just bring our own pillows for sure!"

"The apartment was very clean and quaint. The beds were very comfortable. It’s a great location. You’re down the road from the Four Quarters brewery and less than 2 miles from downtown Burlington. I would def stay here again!"

"As advertised. Location, amenities, cleanliness ,, parking space and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for wife, dog and I visiting UVM for the weekend. Will definitely stay again. "

"The listing stated the place was for 9 people. We had 8. There was sleeping for 6, 7 if you count the couch. We arrived late and the host didn’t respond until the next day, which I can understand, but did nothing to help. I contacted VRBO and they said a supervisor would call me in 10-15 minutes. They did not. Hours later the host stated the couch was a futon and said there should be an air mattress and said they if the wasn’t they would drop one off. Eight hours later still no air mattress. I messaged and asked about it. No response. I spent a second night sleeping on the floor… Besides the sleeping arrangements I informed both the host and VRBO of the filth in the rental. There were mouse droppings in at least two of the utensil drawers and the air fryer was dirty with much grease. Again no satisfaction. Today I was offer excuses but no recourse for the situation. This was a trip for my granddaughters graduation and this situation occupied much of my time that we were unable to fully enjoy our time… That all being said the house was okay besides having to sleep on the floor for two days.."
