Guest Suite with completely separate entrance and full bath in safe, quiet neighborhood in the Cypress Gardens area of WH. 3 miles from State Farm Ops Center and 2 miles from Legoland. Although attached to main house, this hotel-like suite is totally separate from it and includes queen bed, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and desk with MFC printer. 40" TV includes popular streaming services. Private enclosed patio. *We clean and disinfect thoroughly between stays.*

Excellent Place Clean Comfy and Had all Necessities

Perfect for Two
This is a phenomenal place to stay if you just have two people. It's small, but Steven has thought of pretty much everything, literally down to the paperclips -- it's really more like staying in a home than in a hotel. Thank you for a great stay. Will definitely book again if I come back to Winter Haven.

Cozy Place & Great Host
My wife & I really enjoyed our stay here. The pictures of the property were accurate & the host was awesome. They were very accommodating & the host communicated with us in a timely manner. They seemed to think of everything for our 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable & bathroom was clean. I particularly loved the screened in porch to sit at & drink coffee. We will definitely look at staying here again when visiting our family that lives nearby.

Enjoyed my stay!
The in-law suite was convenient and in a nice neighborhood. I was worried about staying in someone’s house, but I never even saw the owner. There was a drip under the bathroom sink on the second day and Steve took care of it immediately.

Fabulous Stay! Always Above and Beyond!
This was my second Stay at this delightully clean and lovely Suite with private enclosed patio. Steven graciously provides more thoughtful amenities & supplies than any other "Stay" we have experienced. The upscale quiet cabinet doors, exceptonal lighting, elegant color scheme, privacy, convenient (2) desks, multitude of charger types for mobile devices, Refrigeraor, microwave, coffeemaker, printer, hair-dryer, coffee and paper supplies, make your stay so easy and enjoyable. His quick/clear communications are appreciated. Check-out day policy stated that THEY wash linens, clean equipment & Suite, and remove trash--which is timesaving for travelers leaving early or quickly. Rental & cleaning fees are exceptionally affordable! This Stay is minutes from Legoland & great restaurants/shopping. The area offers many museums, tours, boatrides, Bok Tower, history trails, nature preserves/trails, enchanting Chain of Lakes, and weekly festivals/events. Thank you for another great stay, Steven and Christian!
