So thrilled with our stay. Four star hotel was very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location was walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. Being across from Victoria Train Station was at times seedy but the advantages of easy transportation outweighed the negatives. Victoria Coach Station was 10-15 mins walk so getting to and from the airports was fairly easy. Tube and buses were just a block away. Victoria as a terminus stop for some buses made it easier to return from Harrods’, also 15 mins away. Taxis readily available.
We would definitely stay here again and will also see where there are other Riu locations worldwide. Thank you for a lovely stay!

"Room was cleaned to the standard of a B&B as expected. There was no hot water. Instead it was dirty water coming out so meant no shower could be had. I didnt bother complaining as it was for one night and felt like it was the norm. Pool was useful to have for the kids. Staff were kind on arrival ..."
