Adjacent shower room comprising of hand wash basin, toilet and walk in shower. The property has central heating and is double glazed throughout. Off street parking, access to garden at rear with garden chairs and table. Cliff top 3/4 Mile walk through pretty coastal village.
Ideal base for visiting South Holderness region of East Yorkshire, Beverley and Hull, the city of Culture for 2017.
