"The room was very nice but there was hair on the ceiling of the shower that seemed to have been there quite some time. The toilet ran the entire time and bathroom sink clogged super fast. But that was truly the only issue with the room. Otherwise we were very impressed. Main issue was any time we went to leave the room there were always people sitting at the bottom of our steps, smoking. There are only 2 rooms upstairs and they were not the people across the hall from us. These people were in the room beneath us which is set pretty far back under the stairs. My husband left to grab our take out and while I was in the shower, one of them decided to come up the stairs and BANG on the door. Screaming HELLO! HELLO! They only stopped when they heard the other lock click and said "they locked the door". My husband was gone for 5 mins tops. There was no emergency, no random little fire. There was zero need to bang on the door and to scream. I truly think they did this because they knew my husband had left and I had stayed. Now this is not the hotels fault whatsoever but I felt incredibly uncomfortable after that."

"We had yet another wonderful stay, great views, very comfortable. Some areas (primarily outside) would benefit from some paint. "

"The place is a little outdated but its clean and well maintained. If youre looking for a relativity inexpensive overnight stop this place fits the bill."

"Front desk lady was kind a rude, we was charged $85 dollars for late check-out and for some snacks that we supposed took and was a mistake on the hotel, we checked out around 10:20am and they reviewed cameras and the snacks was for a different guess!!! The guy on the phone didn’t like the fact that we requested review the cameras! Overall this is the first Hilton with a POOR customer service! They need to be conscious that customer pay their salary’s! Lady on the front desk not even greeting instead she said “you have a reservation “” vallet parking never asked for assistance guy was on the phone all the time!!! I do not recommend this hotel at all nex trip I will stay on Graduate hotel down the street"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Maghee House was bright, well appointed, up-to-date and very comfortable. We rented the home because it was on the water and had a nice dock to launch our kayaks. The area on Harris Creek was beautiful for kayaking. It would have been nice to have some empty cabinet space in the kitchen for our food items and some shelving in the primary bath for toiletries.We would definitely stay at the Maghee House again!"
