The staff at the front desk was excellent. We loved the area And the breakfast at the hotel next door was amazing

Excellent location. Very good included breakfast. Very helpful staff. (The only thing negative was that the room was a little small.)

Le meilleur buffet déjeuner que j’ai vu. Un choix de nourriture variée et excellent. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Le lit très confortable et les commodités de la salle de bain vraiment très bien. De plus aucun bruit venant du couloir ou des autres chambres ne nous a dérangé. L’emplacement est excellent à 5 minutes de marche de la station Victoria où on peut prendre le train ou le métro. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Everything was super new and clean place was great

At this property, there is no front desk (which may present challenges for travelers desiring a hands-on hospitality experience) however the host is responsive to emails and the cleaning staff was always willing to help with any questions. The property is very close to Russell Square, the British Museum and other great spots in the Bloomsbury neighborhood. Although the rooms are on the small side, they are clean, modern and comfortable. The property also offers free washer/dryer services which is a great touch.
