"We recently stayed there with our kids and we lived the property! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Lots of things to do such as foot bath, public bath, koi pond and very close to the outlet mall. Can’t wait to stay again!"
"This hotel was great with a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. Restaurant options for breakfast and dinner were top notch. We really enjoyed the food. We also appreciated the on site gift shop which was also a small market. Good selection of snacks and beverages. The staff was excellent and very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is a little remote (at the top of a steep hill). If you don't have your own car, it can be a bit of a challenge getting around, and relying on the shuttle. "
"Staffs are helpful and friendly. One staff even help my wife to carry her luggage down the staircase as she was walking along the same way. Room are clean. We have a pleasant stay at the hotel. "
