The hotel is very quiet and located a long distance from the city. The room was comfortable, although it is dated. Dinner at the dining room was very good. There is lots of outdoor parking.

hotel staff friendly and hotel very clean and in lovely location, close to airborne cemetery and museum, but hotel is a little tired and needs a make over. Rooms are dated curtains need replacement, shower head pipe leaked. all furniture coming to the end of its shelf life. Get to breakfast buffet early or it’s all gone! Bar was ok and good selection of beers, cocktails and wine

Great hotel with great staff. Our room wasn’t ready and they quickly arranged for some complimentary drinks and a space in lounge for us to wait. Lovely pool area! Big fan of the patio attached to the rooms.

We couldn´t get a table to eat saturday. We were 3 in the room, but there was no extra bed at arrival. There was only two bathtowels at arrival. One day the cleaning took the duvet from the extra bed. It lasted 7 hours to get another. Except from that it was a great stay

A lovely family weekend away in the countryside
We had a lovely family stay. The hotel is situated in the woods, which at the time of our stay was in beautiful Autumn colours. The swimming pool was enjoyable for the kids, as was the games room. The breakfast buffet was impressive, dinner choices and quality was average. The hotel was not very clean, as was our (family) room. Staff were kind

Solo Arnhem Visit
Great base to visit the Arnhem area battlefields .Local area is lovely for walking and bike riding .Hotel is set back into the woods and is very calm .

Overall happy with our stay! Only slighr complaint is heating in the roof slightly noisy and the childrens bit of our family room was really cold with no heating. We solved this by leaving the heating on full all day while we were out so it was bareable by bed time.

Nice stay out in the countryside.
Good clean room in the country. We used the family room, which was a good size with a separate room for the kids. No fridge or safe or balcony. Good shower/bathtub and the bed was in good shape. The pool was nice as well. Staff were courteous.

Don’t believe your hotels .com conformation when it says your booking is all complete and paid for, it not you will have 2.50 euros per night per person to pay on top. The hotel did not tell us this on booking in and in fact tried to charge us again for the rooms, think they would mention at that point there was an additional tax to pay. Hotel is ok a bit tired and the grounds need tidying up, for the price we paid there are better options in the area, we were there for a event so had plenty of people to compare accommodations with. The most surprising thing was the night time visitors in our room, which turned out to be mice, we also saw them at the beer garden were they regularly popped up through the decking, cute when your having a beer, not so cute when your hear scratching and movements in your room at 1 am, did not make for a restful night. Can’t comment on food as we did not try it after seeing the mice.

The hotel was ideally situated for one I needed to do in the area and this is a beautiful part of the Netherlands. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the food very good.However,on my arrival I found no towels. It was after midnight and I was located a long way from reception. I couldn't phone housekeeping or reception as there was no information about the hotel in the room. I managed with tissues to dry my hands that night and reported it the next morning. I probably wouldn't have said anything, but the following day I returned to my room after a day out to find a bundled up WET towel sat on the desk in my room in front of the TV (together with a random toilet roll) which hadn't been left there by me. Again I had to go back down to reception to report it as I still had no information in the room for internal phone numbers and I'd tried the obvious ones. The reception staff came to my room and dealt with it without any delay, but it shouldn't have happened. It was also interesting to note the prominent notice in the bathroom asking that guests only leave towels on the floor if they wish them changed, but otherwise leave them on the rail to use again to save the environment. I happily left my towels on the rail only to find that they were changed every day regardless!

Room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel staff were all very friendly and professional. Great grounds to walk about with walking trails starting right outside the hotel. Easy and quick 15 minute drive to Arnhem. Very good breakfast included with large variety of quality foods to choose from. Only issue I had was that tempatures while I stayed there was 23 to 25 degrees C, and room was extreme warm inside, even at night. Sliding door opens to balcony, but with no screen, bugs to tend to fly into the room. Overall great value for the money, with a peaceful setting.

Relaxed Style
I know the area well and all of the Bilderberg hotels in the local area .Having stayed at all except Wolfheze in the past, this did not disappoint. In fact I would rate the staff and location as the best in recent years. Having travelled by car from the Polish/German border on the day of my arrival the receptionist went out of her way to help me place my open top sports car very close to the hotel, as I like to keep my eye on it! The bar/restaurant service was relaxed and not rushed, what a pleasant surprise. The room was modern,,bright , and spotless, a hallmark of Bilderberg.The location and facilities are great for a longer stay, which I now plan to do as soon as possible.
