Find a lofty home away from home for couples and relish the easygoing lifestyle with a full kitchen and a king bedroom with ensuite. Stretch out along the spacious lounge under refreshing air-conditioning, and find your ideal work-life balance with morning seaside walks and effortless remote working with a dedicated office.
You will enjoy the entire main house in private, while the rear upper level with a separate entrance is occupied by quiet tenants. This effortless coastal home is a wonderful seaside escape for two, with the beachfront just a 5 minute walk away ensuring your outdoor activity time to soar.

The open-plan dining and living area perfectly promotes a serene home flow. Two soft lounges make a cosy corner to snuggle up with a throw blanket and watch the large TV or a book from the shelf collection. A timeless white timber dining table is adjacent to sliding doors inviting a refreshing breeze. Feel right at home cooking your signature dishes in the contemporary kitchen. A long white stone counter and breakfast bar provide ample preparation space, seamless flush cabinetry, an induction stove and a hidden appliance nook with an espresso machine.

An office with a workspace provides an effective focus space for creatives and remote workers. When it's time to rest your head, a generous king-size bed will promote a peaceful sleep and an ensuite bathroom boasts a large rainshower and handheld massage shower head to unwind and stay fresh.

Additional conveniences include a powder room with an in-unit washer and drying racks, and a private driveway space for your vehicle. Enjoy a private main entrance, the front patio and grass area, while the side undercover patio can also be used, but the tenants may walk past to their accommodation.
During your stay, you will have the entire lower level of the home including the driveway, main entrance, and grass area to yourself, while the side patio is shared with the tenants occupying the top floor. They have a separate rear entrance. Please make yourselves at home!

Towradgi is an easy 10-minute drive from the centre of Wollongong, where you will find a buzzing seaside hub of eateries, shopping, music and bars while returning home to a picturesque and peaceful suburb. Enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle with Towradgi Beach just a 5 minute walk from home or a zippy one minute drive. Enjoy seaside walks and swim in the surf patrolled areas or surf at one of the local breaks. For a calming dip, head down to Towradgi ocean pool or Corrimal lagoon. In North Wollongong, just a six-minutes drive away, the Blue Mile Pathway provides a memorable walk or cycle track with pristine coastal views. Enjoy a calming day amongst fragrant flora at Wollongong Botanic Gardens, just an eight-minute drive away where you peruse the greenery or take a guided tour.

Very good property in a convenient area for us.

Property is in a very convenient area for us to visit family in a neighbouring suburb. Very clean and comfortable, good setup with everything you need. You can walk to the beach, the bowling club (good meals and coffee) and surf club. Two servos close by for convenience supplies. Not far from Towradgi Beach Hotel.
