"Good value hotel which is upgrading the rooms at the moment. Our room had obviously been recently renovated and was brilliant with everything you would want from a small hotel room. Great shower/ all modern sockets with usb/ good tv with internet connection/ air conditioning which was very good. The bar area really needs some attention with ripped seats and scared walls where old air conditioners have been removed but it does look like work is being done all over the hotel to update and improve all facilities while still being open for business. All in all a solid 8.5 out of 10 for the price."

"Room was clean though a little old and some wear and tear (stains on carpet, etc). Did not use any of the facilities or the bar or restaurant. Staff at reception were extremely helpful."

"The check in instructions were a little confusing. Also the apartment is not that great given the price and the area. You could get a better room at the premier hotel"

"This was cancelled the afternoon before we were due to travel the next morning.as you can appreciate this is unacceptable and very stressful for our family.thought it was disgusting to do that at such short notice."

"Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. "

"Very comfortable and well furnished flat, with a fully equipped kitchen and free parking. Great communication and very convenient location for the train station, football ground or Wolverhampton centre"
