"The first room we were given stunk of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. Odd as the room had been cleaned. The reception staff immediately gave us a better room. I also found it a little weird that the hallways were so dim (?). The wall sconces were on but didn’t throw much light. "

"This is a fantastic place to stay on The Thames. Beautiful rooms, great pub and a fantastic bartender Ray. Breakfast included and it was delicious. Highly recommend"

"The building was rather tired on the outside and quite functional, although we had everything we needed. However, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was well organised and very good value. Overall it suited our purposes."

"Reception staff were friendly, & gave me a ground floor room on request. The room was refurbished to a good standard, clean and well appointed with a great shower room. The hotel has good vibes with the Coppa Club & really attentive staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, lovely location for a 24 hour break."
