"Falls Mountain retreat exceeded our expectations. We booked a loft studio for two people and the room itself being huge and the air conditioning worked very well, also there was a gas open flame fire, a Kingsize bed, fridge with an ice box, microwave a toaster and a kettle and coffee maker. There was a lovely big bathroom with a spar bath and shower. Front and rear balconies with patio doors and seating. Definitely 10 out of 10."

"Awesome hotel with super friendly staff, free parking and very clean. I arrived at 10.30am direct from my 23 hour flight from London. I was greeted with a smile and they also allowed me to check in to my room immediately. Not only a great welcome to the hotel but also to Australia!"

"I was greeted warmly at reception, the check in process was smooth and quick. Our room was ready an hour early and it smelt lovely and was very clean. Bed comfortable. Hotel facilities eg pool, games room, are lovely and again, clean. Hotel is very close to Leura Mall. It's my 3rd visit and I will be back again. "

"From the warm greeting, cool vibe of the place and a spotless and comfortable room we were impressed with Kyah. We relaxed instantly, enjoyed the bikes, gym and grounds, hot tub nice addition.. Blaq restaurant; again warm greeting, cool vibe, good menu and wine list for dinner, we enjoyed everything we ate here. They’ve done a great Reno on this place and the planting and color scheme work to make you feeling instantly chilled out. "
