Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. We showered with lukewarm water our first night because we didn’t know if it would ever heat up. By the 2nd day we learned it takes about 20 minutes running the water for it to warm up. The A/C would cool the room and then turn off for a long period of time causing us to get hot and adjust it throughout the night but never really remaining on to keep us comfortable.
