The positives: Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spaces were absolutely spotless.
Be aware that the rooms are predominantly walk ups. There is no elevator on the property. We had members of our party with mobility issues. While the staff was helpful in finding a first floor property for them, you must be aware and notify them in advance if you need accomodation.

The hotel is in a very nice part of London, aware from the hussle and bussle but with easy access to all areas. Good restaurant and bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a problem on our last day with the water running and the flusher broke.

"Decent budget hotel in a nice area just outside Bournemouth. It had the basics needed for a stay and the beds were fairly comfortable. The swimming pool was good, though it is used for swimming lessons at times (the pool is divided when that happens). Good breakfast. Would return."
