"Stayed here recently for an early start to a sporting event in Clare. The property is well located, very clean and has shops and restaurants nearby. When we checked in we were told that breakfast only started at 8am which was somewhat later than what we expected. Reception then told us that there would be food available before that but when we went down there was nothing whatsoever which was disappointing for such a well reviewed place. We needed to leave, so alas we left hungry!!!!"

"We arrived and our room smelled of smoke (it is a non smoking hotel) reception immediately upgraded us to a junior suite that was incredible. The most comfortable bed, the most luxurious bathroom with double shower and huge stand alone tub with tv on the wall. The room was very spacious and staff were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, the lounge offered drinks and snacks. The spa was included with our stay and a great place to relax in the hot tub and steam room/sauna. The Latin quarter is only a ten minute taxi ride (do not take Uber it was twice the price!) I highly recommend this property."
