Up to four guests and two canine companions can stay in this contemporary ground-floor apartment with an open-plan interior and a terrace.


As you enter the property, you''ll find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with neutral tones throughout and a hint of blue and yellow. To one side of the room is a one-wall fitted kitchen unit with glossy cabinets and sparkling surface tops. Surrounding the glass patio doors and a Smart TV is a comfortable corner sofa and a rustic metal and wooden coffee table. Beyond here is a family bathroom plus two bedrooms - a king-size with an en-suite and a twin room which can be made into a zip n link king on request. Outside, you''ll find a terrace with furniture.


Take advantage of the onsite leisure facilities which are shared with neighbouring properties - which include a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym and a games room. Wander around the village of Woolacombe and stop for a pick-me-up at the cafe, browse the local shops and spend an evening at one of the restaurants or pubs. Pack your beach towels and go for a dip at Barricane Beach (400 metres) or stroll along the vast sandy expanse of Woolacombe Beach (0.5 miles). Take your four-legged friends for a walk along the coastal path to National Trust Morte Point (1.5 miles) or venture further afield into the surrounding North Devon National Landscape.
