Situated in a sought-after location just a short walk to the award-winning surfing beach of Woolacombe, this property offers spectacular coast and sea views. This beautiful annexe has its own private entrance and is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. The accommodation offers a very comfortable base for couples and families in this popular seaside resort.


Enter directly into the living room where you’ll find large French windows offering wonderful country views and sea glimpses. Settle on the comfortable leather seating and pop on a BluRay to relax. Steps lead up to large kitchen/diner where you can whip up treats and then serve them at the table set for four guests. It’s also here you find the stairs to the first floor, where two attractive bedrooms await. The spacious master bedroom has a super-king-size bed and offers the most spectacular sea views. There’s also a twin room. Both rooms have TVs and share the shower room. The same exceptional views that the master bedroom boasts can be experienced from the private front patio which is ideal for lazy breakfasts or watching the amazing sunsets over the sea. There are facilities at the rear for cleaning and storage of surfboards and cycles.


When staying here, you’ll have picked an ideal location for enjoying the sun, sand and surf. There are wonderful coastal walks to be had and you’ll be within easy driving distance of delightful sandy coves, rugged coastline, wonderful Devon villages and the splendour of the Exmoor National Park (13 miles). With Woolacombe moments away and Putsborough (2.5 miles on foot) and Croyde Bay (5.5 miles) just a little further, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to world-class beaches. Mortehoe (1.5 miles) has some delightful South West Coast Path walks and the town of Ilfracombe (5.5 miles) is a fun place to go day or night, with stylish restaurants, beaches and arcades.

A little gem

Stayed for 2 nights in January. Such a lovely 2 bed let with quality finishes. Perfect location with some sea views....would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Awesome quality getaway home beside the sea

Annexe was built & furnishes to a high quality. The beach theme throughout added a great feel to the place that’s so close to one of UKs nicest beaches. Friendly welcoming owner, dog friendly accommodation and could not fault it apart from one rainy day !
