Situated overlooking Woolacombe Bay is the beautiful two-bedroom, 2 Gull Rock, a stunning apartment sleeping up to four. The apartment, which benefits from a private sundeck that enjoys sea views, is within easy walking distance of the award-winning beach, as well as Woolacombe’s array of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: Dishwasher, toaster, kettle, gas oven, fridge, freezer.
Dining Area: Table for 6 people.
Lounge: Sofa (chaise sofa), two bean bags and chair, coffee table, smart TV
Master Bedroom: Super king-size bed with bedside tables each with a lamp, and clothes storage in the built-in wardrobe
Master en-suite: Shower, a w/c, a wash basin and a mirror
Twin Bedroom: Twin beds (can be made into a king upon request) with a middle drawer unit for clothes storage
Family Bathroom: Bathtub with a shower overhead, a wash basin, and w/c.
Decking: Garden furniture, sun lounger

Please note that the apartment has one designated car parking space, which is suitable for a small vehicle. Additional or larger cars may need to use the village hall car park in Mortehoe, which offers parking permits.
