Spend sunny days lounging in the sand or trying out water sports like paddleboarding and kayaking or join the South West Coast Path (300 metres) for wow-factor walks to landmarks like Bull Point Lighthouse (4 miles) and the National Trust site at Baggy Point (6 miles).

The apartment itself is beautifully turned out. In the elegant open-plan living area, glass patio doors at one end allow plenty of daylight in. There’s a wooden table and chairs for enjoying meals together, plus a sofa and a Smart TV for quiet evenings in. On the ground floor, there’s a bunk bedroom and shower room.
