A charming bright one-bedroom apartment in the very heart of Mortehoe village

Step inside to the light and bright living room with small kitchen. The contemporary grey gloss slab units incorporate oven, hob, fridge, slimline dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A communal Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the boot room opposite via a separate door from the entrance. These facilities are shared between just 3 apartments. A great additional space to leave wellies, walking boots, coats and wetsuits.

In the living space is a real wood burner set into a fireplace recess, large sofa bed, folded loose leaf table, two folding chairs and two stools. The flat screen TV with built in DVD offers cosy viewing on those evenings in.

Off this living space is the modern double bedroom with high ceiling, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedsides. There is an en-suite shower room with great twin head thermostatic shower, sink and WC.

If the sofa bed is required, it is an additional £20 to cover laundry and cleaning costs.

Wi-Fi not brilliant but is generally okay for basic use. Router in communal boot room.

Lovely little apartment

This smart little apartment is in the great village of Mortehoe with all the pubs and shops you need in walking distance. It is small but had everything we needed, very clean and well presented.

Convenient apartment in quaint village

We loved the village of Mortehoe. The apartment was immaculate and in an excellent position for cliff walks ( and the local pub). We know we ‘ fell on our feet’ finding such a lovely place .

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location

We had a fabulous holiday in this homely and well equipped apartment. The location is amazing - perfect for walkers - the walk to the headland Morte Point boasts stunning views - there is the Barricane and Coombesgate beaches nearby, and you are just a short distance from the main surfing beach at Woolacombe. Mortehoe village has lots of places to eat, including two pubs, (one just opposite the apartment), a tea room, and a little village shop. The apartment is well.laid out, light & airy, and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom excellent with lovely hot power shower. Having the boot-room to store and dry surf equipment is a real bonus. Wifi was good. Parking - you need to purchase a permit for the Morethoe car park however this is easy to.do and it also allows you to.park in some other local car parks. The Mortehoe car park is close to the apartment and it is possible to pull in briefly outside the apartment to load & unload. It was a really lovely stay.
