Downside Annexe, 1 bedroom and private parking near beach

  • Unique, bijou, yet perfectly formed, Downside Annexe sits elevated with views of Woolacombe beach and the sea over the roof tops. Being just one road up and parallel to Beach Road, this charming Pied-da terre is just a 5 minute walk to Woolacombe beach and village centre, perfectly located with free car parking and that gorgeous view!

    This pretty place is detached with one parking space adjacent. It has a lovely composite decked terrace for those morning cuppas or sunset sundowners..
    Once inside, the open plan living room has a modern teal kitchenette with integrated appliances, a ½ size dishwasher, a full size washing machine and under worktop fridge. There are 3 drawers, an Airfryer, Microwave, kettle and toaster. Please note that there is no oven or hob. 

    The Smart TV in living area

    Two steps down from the living area is the bedroom is the piece de la resistance with a fine sea view from the double bed, just imagine sitting up in bed to start your day with a view of wonderful Woolacombe Beach as it beckons you for the day, perfect!
    A spacious en-suite with shower, basin and WC completes this great holiday home.

    There is even an EV charger. 1 dog is very welcome. Friday to Friday full week bookings only.
