I think its very over priced for what it is. Feels like the rooms need an update. There was no dressing table i had to sit on the floor to use the wardrobe mirror. Pillows too soft. Southcrest Manor Hotel, BW Signature Collection
On entering room.. toilet lid off & stood next to toilet on the floor & bin in bedroom contained someone's pink false nails!! Obviously not clean or maintained. Reported to reception & had a standard reply of " I'll inform maintenance" doesn't really address the issues WE experienced did it!
