Taylor Bennett Apartment 1 is located above Taylor Bennett's shop, with the entrance on the left-hand side of the store. Please note that guests will need to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the apartment. While there is no parking on-site, we recommend the nearby St Martin's Gate Car Park, just a 5-minute walk away, or Cornmarket Car Park, which is also close by. The apartment is finished in a modern style with artistic flare and home-touches to ensure that you are guaranteed to have a marvellous stay.


Kitchen area -
The kitchen includes, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.

Living/Dining area -
There is a comfy sofa and smart tv to relax after a long day, plus a breakfast bar and 2 stools.

Bedroom
The bedroom has a double bed & a wardrobe unit.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a W/C, shower and hand basin.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked through third-party provider Truvi to complete guest verification and also purchase a damage waiver which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to £500 during your stay. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please can you complete both the steps before you arrive at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
