The property has two comfortably furnished bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests.

Both bedrooms provide storage for clothes and personal belongings, with fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels supplied for all guests.

Bathroom

The family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, giving guests the choice of a refreshing shower or a relaxing soak after a busy day.

Living and Dining

The welcoming living and dining area offers a cosy and comfortable space to unwind.

With comfortable seating and a Smart TV, it's a lovely place to relax and spend time together after a day exploring West Cumbria.

Before Your Stay

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.

Security Deposit and Damage Protection

Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:

• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.

• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.

Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
