I'm afraid that I'm unable to give a report as I could get the code to access the property. \i had to book in to a hotel in town.

No communication and key code

I didn't actually get to stay there a key code was never sent so i had to make alternative arrangements and pay someone else for a room im now still waiting for a full refund no apologies or anything else so im waiting for a full refund off £450 thats what i want
