"Lovely people, food and stay. The location is out of this world and take the time to visit the hot tubs on property.
Side note: if you’re not staying in one of the ocean front rooms, I probably wouldn’t pay the price. "

Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Originally came here a few years back for a company kick-off.
We came here for a delayed anniversary weekend. The views and rooms are amazing and the hotel is right in the middle of everything great about Monterey. Great restaurants on every block, the ocean within reach, etc. Hard not to love this hotel."
"This property is easy to access and next to a little local shopping village with food and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, clean, with plenty of light and double curtains for a good night sleep. We spent Sunday night and unfortunately they don’t offer their usual amenities like happy hour, breakfast, coffee service, and the restaurant closes for the weekend. Looks like if you are staying Tuesday to Saturday, you get the most. I would stay here on a weekday again, we went to the little shopping village and there were many options of restaurants to choose from."
"Spent 2 nights here while attending Laguna Seca track day. I love the staffs here, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and easy, no extra fee, parking. Definitely will stay here again when I am in the area. Highly recommended. "
"Cute little property with nice outside fire pits and great hot tub. Room was cozy and loved the breakfast each morning in the lobby. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially Anne. Walkable to everything in town. "
