I had a room with a balcony overlooking the water, and a complementary bottle of wine. So we’re starting at a five. Minus one for mediocre breakfast and enormous difficulty getting to the place with a car.

"Hotel is nice, modern. Beds were quite comfortable. Good sound proofing. Free sauna area is a nice feature, though changing area is so small. Nice restaurant and chill out spaces. Reasonable location but not as close as I hoped to centre. A fair walk... maybe 15 minutes. At least 10. No iron in room. ..."
