"Perfect house for our family to stay when we come visit Seneca. Will definitely be staying again for our future visits. Within 10 minutes of everything and if you stay on a Thursday I recommend walking down to jazz in the valley, great time. "

"Cottage was cheery, comfortable, and clean. It gave us room to relax when we were in the area visiting relatives. With a large fenced yard, a cover for the sofa, extra dog bowls, old towels and a a lint roller, it was very pet friendly and a good value. A/C was quiet and worked well. Walk in shower was a comfortable size with decent water pressure. "

"The lake house was perfect for our needs! The only concern was parking. The driveway is very steep and some of our elderly family had a hard time walking to the front door. The house itself was well lit with a nice layout. Having a separate suite downstairs was a big plus for small children to watch TV and not have to climb up and down the stairs. If we were parking only two cars this house would be perfect! Phillip was very receptive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. "

"Lovely house in a quiet cove. Plenty of room for a family of six. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed fishing and the house is an easy trip to Clemson."
