"The lake house was perfect for our needs! The only concern was parking. The driveway is very steep and some of our elderly family had a hard time walking to the front door. The house itself was well lit with a nice layout. Having a separate suite downstairs was a big plus for small children to watch TV and not have to climb up and down the stairs. If we were parking only two cars this house would be perfect! Phillip was very receptive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. "

"The building was in a neat location with modern amenities with an industrial feel. We did not have any issues with noise or parking (which is on-street). Beds are very firm - one is on an adjustable base. Unfortunately, the thermostat was not working when we arrived making the room unpleasantly warm, especially for sleeping. We arrived late, so did not attempt to connect about the issue until morning. We did not hear from the host in response to our requests until well after our departure the following day, which was disappointing. "
