"The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was impeccable. We were greeted upon arrive by the valet, and welcomed by the gentleman at the front door. The hotel had a marvelously relaxing fragrance directly upon entrance. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and received a $15 credit for food and beverages per night, we received free car train tickets from the concierge, and vouchers for two delicious free hot breakfast buffets that even had an omelette station! We were even given a free upgrade to a river view room! The beds were top notch “Westin Heavenly Beds” that had me sleeping in every day of our vacation. "

"This was by far the best stay ever. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. But the Excellency goes out to the staff two in particular, Dakota at the front desk and Monique. These two people had the best personalities and overall performance, and made me and my husband feel like we were literally family. Whenever we visit New Orleans again the Jung will be our stay. We made new friends in the staff there. They are beyond amazing. There are no words of how we can describe their overwhelming hospitality. Thank you Dakota and Monique we will be back!"
