"Great stay at Arena Residence. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s close to the airport. The room was clean and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. There’s also a nice swimming pool to relax in. They provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, which is very convenient. "I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. Thanks to that, I was able to check in and out without any issues. Unfortunately, I did spot a few cockroaches when I woke up in the morning, which was disappointing.
