One of the most beautifully designed rooms I've experienced. Incredibly clean hotel and friendly staff. Also excellent breakfast. My only problem was that, except for check in, it was hard to find any staff that spoke any English, That became frustrating

The hotel is beautiful, clean and has all amenities you would expect. However what stood out for me during our 3 day stay was the level of hospitality and the staff. The staff went out of their way to help us even with the simplest of questions. They were so attentive and made our stay exceptional. I would like to thank Alina in particular for making our stay in Xi'an so wonderful

We will never forget them. We have always enjoyed staying at Crowne Plaza hotels and our experience here has made as life long fans. Thank you Manson, Laurence and Alina for your outstanding hospitality and kindness.

Good hotel with good staff and well maintained. It's far from Xian points of interests. Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza

As an avid traveller, this might be one of the greatest hotels I have been in. The employees continually helped me in every situation I was put in front of including during check in, daily taxi calls, and day-to-day requests. Specifically the most helpful staff member was "Klaus" at the front desk and the few fellows at the front entrance. Everyday they were able to provide me with incredible information, in english nonetheless, which I Seldom came across in Xi'an. I could probably write an entire review just about the breakfast, but I will most definitely be putting together a review video depicting the idyllic rooms and architecture of the entire hotel. Everything was so well designed, practical, and made me feel like I was living in luxury. 5 Stars, for others I say come here.

No smoking rule is not well executed and smell of smoke can be found almost everywhere in the building. Especially on the floors where conferences or weddings are held, smokers just wondered around. The pool area is kinda dark. The photography service on the first floor is just a trap. They said they will provide free pictures for guests, however they will always want to over sell it. If you decided not to order more pictures from them, they will be very grumpy and pushy, which can totally ruin your mood to enjoy this benefit. Food is great and staffs are very helpful and friendly.
