Schönes Hotel

Das angenehmste Hotel auf meiner Chinareise. Personal war freundlich und sprach Englisch. Zimmer Roch allerdings leicht nach altem Rauch, obwohl wir im "Non-Smokers Floor" untergebracht waren (davon hab es zwei Etagen). Daher ein Punkt Abzug. Sehr angenehmes Bett! Und großes Zimmer. Wir waren im "Western" Restaurant essen weil wir zu faul waren etwas anderes zu suchen- war eigentlich sehr gut und nicht allzu teuer. Es hab auch noch ein chinesisches, welches gehobener war und teurer. Das haben wir aber nicht probiert. Ansonsten waren zB Gym und Karaoke Bar angeschrieben, doch diese waren nicht geöffnet und irgendwie wusste auch niemand etwas davon.

Great Hotel in a Great City

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. It did have BBC on the television. The hotel has in-house restaurants and a spa. Overall, the hotel is a great place for the price. It is located across the street from the Xi'an train station, no need for a taxi. (It's a madhouse to exit the train station, but just be determined and walk out the front door and across the street. The hotel will be across the street and to your left.) Take a cab to the Drum & Bell Towers and enjoy a walk in the evening in the Muslim area....great street food! When I return to Xi'an I will again use this hotel.

Concierge 服務員很有禮，介绍餐廳既好，旅遊點又易達，赞。 酒店早餐要額外付費，以酒店來講價錢不貴。食物算豐富。逗留五天，差不多天天幫襯。 不足的是冷氣不夠，被又特厚，睡到滿頭大汗。 注意: 當拿走房咭去食早餐，回房時可能見到清潔阿姐在打掃。因拿走房咭，没有電源就連門囗"勿擾"的燈也熄掉。

this hotel is nice, clean and convenient, work to subway, staff was very polite and well serviced.the only bad thing is too close to railway station so surrounding is not safe, my friend told me there are lot of thief around there.

Good location for Xian station

Walking distance from Xi'an station (not Xi'an North station where the bullet trains stop) therefore handy for overnight sleeper trains arriving. Hotel was comfortable. Some features weren't in use such as the billiards room.

Excellent choice in Xi'an

Very conveniently located from the main railway station. Clean and spacious rooms, but a little noisy if you get a street facing one. The service was outstanding, considering it is a chinese hotel and it caters to large groups of chinese guests. Staff is friendly and service oriented, which makes it a great option while visiting Xi'an. We would absolutely stay here again for the quality and price offered.

Supersmidigt om du vill vara nära tågstationen (tänk dock på att det finns flera stationer och att detta hotellet ligger nära den som är central - det vill säga inte den som snabbtågen går från). Också nära till bussarna till Terrakottaarmén. Hotellets personal försökte avskräcka oss från att ta dessa bussar för att istället boka via dem - gör inte det! Supersmidigt och du sparar ungefär 300 kr per person. Blev väldigt imponerad över handikappvänligheten - stora utrymmen med gott om svängrum och allt inom nåbar höjd för någon i rullstol. Enda negativa med rummet var att TVn (som vi dock inte använde) var riktad rakt mot en vägg, så om man inte stod upp en meter framför TVn kunde man inte se den framifrån.

This is definitely a 5 stars

We planned on staying 1 night, but when we saw the room, it feels so right we booked a 2nd night. So luxurious. The service was also very good. The lobby is very nice, staff was attentive and smiling. we really liked our experience at the Grand Soluxe. We came by train, so location was convenient for us. We walked around a lot and there was 3 shopping centers less than 10 min walk, restaurants, and the nearest metro station is also about 10 min away. We also passed a part of the day at the Revolution Park, just 5 min walk from the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner at the western restaurant, and lunch at the Chinese restaurant. The breakfast has a wide variety of western and Chinese food, which is great but I'd give it a 4/5 (my personal taste). The Chinese restaurant also offers lots of choice ( we loved the shrimps in mustard sauce) but is a little pricy for Chinese food. Service at both places is impressive. Probably our favorite hotel in China.

Perfect location

The Grand Soluxe is literally a 2 minute walk from Xian Railway station which makes arriving from somewhere like Beijing or Shanghai really convenient. Not only that but the tourist buses to see the Terracotta Army depart from the railway station every few minutes, making Xian's main tourist attraction easily accessible. The Xian city wall runs between the hotel and the station so that too is easily accessible. Location cannot be faulted. The hotel itself is also really nice with a huge comfortable (superior) room that was superb value. Definitely recommended.

Excellent Location

This hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the train station which is perfect because getting a Taxi in China is hard when you don't speak the languge! This hotel is very close to the bus to the terracotta soldiers as well as shopping and food courts. Our room was clean and on par with western expectations, the lobby was clean and relaxing and was connected to a convience store which was a big plus as well.

just next to train station, very convenience for the frist day when arriving Xian. But seems the hotel location is far away from Metro Network, you may find troublesome during your daily site seeing ( well but it can be solved by taking Taxi, lots of taxi at the enterance of the hotel). The room quality is good, big and confortable, far beyond my expectation.

Close to Airport express shuttle bus station

Just 2min walk from the bus station. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The price is good with this quality. Location not close to those downtown area but can be easily accessed by bus or motorcar.

No air con in the room

It us close to railway station but this is not the station to take the fastest railway 高鐡。 It is nothing good to eat nearby, but do have McDonald and KFC operating 24 hr Hotel itself is good except they don't offer air condition in room. Staff told me they close the air condition in march. It is very hot in the room.
