Excellent hotel with spacious apartments and far from the touristic hustle and bustle. Quiet and clean in an upscale area, mainly used by Chinese travelers. If you have the Didi app and a washer/dryer in your hotel room, then this is the place to go.

Everyone works in the hotel and the restaurant were very nice and welcoming which made us feel like home. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and experience. We will definitely come back when we visit Xi’an again!

Quality stay and functional.

The rooms are spacious, well maintained and much better than my expectation! Comes with small kitchenette and sofa/table, so much more functional than hotel room, feels 5 star at a very good price, about 500m to train station area with lots of good restaurants and a good Hema supermarket. But most of the time just call taxi. I'd definitely stay here again in Xi'an.

The room is super big, and the breakfast is delicious, with so many options. They confuse me a little the different our the breakfast ends. and they weren´t clear that recepction. Also in 4 days, they never made my room.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. The rooms are absolutely incredible. For the price, you will be staying in a room far superior to a majority of what you might encounter in the US. My only comment is that the check in felt a bit cold, but I can get over that! The breakfast was also nice. The wait staff and chef went above and beyond
