"I love the bathroom layout. The room, floors, etc were super clean. The breakfast was includedand thefood options were far superior to the continental style breakfasts that they have at other hotel chains like Marriott nf Hilton. This facility was also situated right across from the mall, so zhopping anx food options are readily available."

"the location is convenient, close to subway and shopping areas. A bottle of soft drink was left on the 7th floor hallway table for over two days and the cleaning team did not take it away. It is very unusual for a 5 stars hotel to see waste items left in the hallway noticed. What I do not like to that when we tried to charged our drink to the room before we left the bar, we were told to pay deposit for drinks before we could charge it to the room. I have never heard about making food deposit to be able to charge to the room. Again, this is very unusual for a 5 star hotel."

"Pros -Great location -Very friendly housekeeping staff -Spacious room -Complimentary bottled water provided daily -Very good noise insulation Cons -One of the mature (maybe at senior level) female reception staff member on the ground floor was not very professional. She assisted with my check-in, but I did not feel welcomed at all. When I asked for a map of the nearby restaurants, she only gave a brief explanation of the directions, which was not detailed enough and resulted in me walking to the wrong place. Throughout our stay, my family and I passed by the reception desk (ground floor) several times each day, and she never acknowledged or greeted us. - The bathroom lighting was too dim, making it difficult to apply makeup."
