"Rooms were a good size, but the rooms we had smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking. The staff weren't super helpful or approachable. The buffet breakfast was fairly cheap and great that kids ate free since we had 3 kids and 3 rooms. Great location, walking distance to most main attractions."

"skip the breakfast if you must. its the worst hotel breakfast i ever had & limited variety. hotel room just renovated so its modern besides that the hotel is quite dated like stepping back to the 90s. location is not too bad since you are 5 mins walk away from the shopping strip. my first time in beijing but i doubt i will stay near wangfujing again, shopping there is not that fantastic after all the hype i read. the hotel is not the cheapest too."

"I went to the wrong hotel and the sister hotel help me to get here, its a little confused to get to the place, taxis leave you in the main avenue and you need to walk 4 to 5 blocks, the are looks kind of rundown but at night looks beautiful "

"The room was cleaned everyday, and the staff was extremely friendly. They greeted us every time we walk down from our room or walk into the hotel. On our check in day they delivered fresh fruit plate to our door which was really lovely. The location is also convenient as it is located in the middlef of south luo gu north gate alley. There was many shops located along the alley hence it made shopping experience more fun-filled. The hotel also provide laundry service and we are able to get our clothes back by the end of the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel!! "
