A small posada in a small town, off the beaten track. Very amiable, helpful hosts, and very comfortable room with a nice bed and bathroom plus two outside sitting areas, on with hammocks. They don't offer meals but fed me anyway thanks to a family graduation party. A short but delightful stay!

This room was not what we were expecting, smaller room with two beds. They were full size instead of queens but it was for one quick stay over so it was fine. The room was very clean and the staff was attentive and kind. We arrived late and had an early departure.

The property is very far from everything and it is not the same as what you see in the presentation photos if you don't have a car it will be a very serious problem if having a car it is very remote now without a terrible car

Not a lot of privacy at all. And when we left the landlord would shut off the breaker to shut off the power to our room. So hot room every day we came back. Our AC broke but they fixed it that day. Only two hot showers out of 8 day stay. When we got there we got charged more than was listed on Expedia.

Breakfast supposed to be included, the owners son cooked food all night long just to tell us that there was no breakfast and the food was for sale by the kilo. Lots of construction blocking the view shown in the pictures. Bathroom door it was a see trough. I went there with my family, and it was horrible to cover our heads every time someone needs to use the bathroom or take a shower. 0 privacy. Not coming back ever.

El lugar tiene bonita vista y el personal es amable sin embargo el calentador solar no cuenta con los tubos suficientes y nunca salió agua caliente para bañarnos, sugiero un boiler de emergencia. El lugar está a 20 min. en carro de la zona céntrica, tómenlo en cuenta si quieren salir a cenar o si van sin carro. El pago se hace directamente en el lugar.

El lugar es muy basico, se entiende por el precio pero he visto mejores opciones por igual o menos, les sugiero tomar curso de gestión de alojamientos, el señor que atiende aunque es amable no cubre un perfil minimo de prestador de servicios turísticos, por ejemplo; le pedimos agua caliente porque estuvo fria todo el tiempo y no hizo nada por que la tuvieramos, nos bañamos con agua completamete fria. Es una posada inmersa en el poblado de Xulha, tiene una vista hermosa de la laguna desde las habitaciones de la parte alta. El hecho de que es una posada te permiten hacer uso de refrigerador y cocina, lo que ffacilita la estancia. La gente es amable, el dueño en especial, las habitaciones sencillas pero impecables.
