"Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Location is excellent. We stayed in a 4th floor suite. The bedroom was located up a narrow spiral staircase. It might be hard for some guests to get up that staircase - especially with large luggage."

"This was an adorable place for my girlfriends and I to spend the night in Newport. Very clean and spacious and close to all things downtown. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend and would love to come back!"

"We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms.
At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. It is a who cares complaint unless it is 2am.
Finally, with the fantastic location comes plenty of street noise.
Despite a few minor frustrations, I would recommend the...
