"周囲に徒歩で行ける飲食店がないのでお酒を飲む人には不向きで結果ホテル内でバーベキューを食べたのですが石垣牛ももも肉でパサパサして不味かった。フロントスタッフの男性と朝食会場の女性スタッフは愛想が無く不親切であったが、バーベキュー会場の女性スタッフは笑顔で感じが良かった。全員見習って改善して欲しい。特に天候が悪かったので余計そう思いました。残念でした。 "

"I wish I could give this stay more than five stars! The owner and his wife went out of their way to make sure my every need was taken care of. Be aware there are two ferries from Ishigaki, and only one has a shuttle to the hotel. "スタッフの気配りが素晴らしく、通りすがりには必ず挨拶をしてくれるなど、接客態度は非常に好印象。 部屋は広く清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。立地も空港の目の前で、アクセスは抜群です。 一方で、いくつか改善してほしい点もあります。 駐車場が砂利敷きのため、スーツケースを運びづらいこと。受付は時間帯によってはかなり待たされることがあります。また、プレハブの受付はエアコン稼働中でも暑く、快適とは言えません。 さらに、部屋に行くまでに大きな段差があり、誰でも利用しやすい施設とは言えない点も気になりました。段差解消のために樹脂製パレットを多用しているようですが、最も通る場所のパレットが割れており、鋭利な状態に。引っ掛ければ大怪我につながりかねません。安全面を考慮し、早急な修繕を求めます。"

"This resort is about 30min drive from wither Ohara or Uehara port. Suggest you to rent a car to get to the resort and also explore the island, there are only 4 buses a day and very few taxi. The resort is quite well maintained with good Japanese style breakfast. They also offer Japanese set dinner, in case you dont want to drive 30 minutes for your evening meal.
